Angel Interest?

Wednesday, December 7th, 2011

There are two Archangels I rely on daily, Michael and Raphael. You may want to call on their service to help you though this busy time of year.  If you need help ask, as there is nothing too big or small. It can be as simple as asking them to help reduce your stress level or gifting you with an idea to solve an ongoing problem. All you need to do is pay attention for the answer. The Archangels are omnipresent so they can be with all of us at once. Why should they listen to what you have to say? Because they do not pass judgment and only want the very best for each of us.

Archangel Michael made his presence known long before I even knew who he was. When my children were very young we went camping. I was struggling with putting up the gazebo on my own, with a large amount of exasperation I prayed for help. Immediately a gust of wind came inside the gazebo and lifted the center so I could easily erect the last pole! It was not a coincidence, it was Michael. I thanked him profusely and kept that memory nearby whenever I needed help. What I eventually found out was a “crisis” was not necessary to receive help. It was then that I started recognizing Michael’s energy. Occasionally I would see indigo blue sparkles or that same color as more of a mist. When I finally got the courage to call to him the air around me got…lighter, almost floaty. It also felt a little cool like he was flapping his enormous wings. There was also an overpowering amount of love present, which occasionally brings tears to my eyes. I ask Archangel Michael for help in many areas of my life and thank him every time.

Archangel Raphael is quite different. I noticed him when I started my healing practice. His energy is heavier, thicker, and to me feels more powerful. But within, there is a tremendous feeling of protectiveness, warrior style. He helps with healing on all levels including the crossing-over of loved-ones and lost or disgruntled spirits. I have seen many miracles happen when he or Michael are present. Visually I see Raphael as a green mist.

Transformation

Sunday, April 3rd, 2011

I have spent the majority of my life healing myself in one form or another. My twenties were spent doing every kind of physical activity that came on the market. My thirties were more about my eating habits and trying different healing techniques. Now in my forties it is about fine tuning what I’ve learned not only about my diet and exercise routine but through my healing practice. Everything I have learned during every aspect of my life is coming together at this very moment and being transformed! I have been manifesting, and waiting for this pinnacle moment to happen. It is so exhilarating!

I do remember not so long ago, sitting day after day in limbo wondering what was I going to do with my life. What was my purpose? I do the work I do, because of that confusion, because I want to be available to help others find their purpose, no matter what that looks like at the time. You may think my healing techniques have changed, but they have just progressed into something less physical, into something more mental, emotional, and spiritual. There are so many ways to heal. It really is about what works for you at the time, because we are always in transition.

Check out my website, you will find a transformation happening there too.  www.healingpossibilities.com

Can anesthetic get trapped in the body?

Wednesday, January 26th, 2011

Yes. I will share some of what I’ve experienced.  Most dental anesthetic is found in the mouth when I work to release TMJ disorders, headaches, cranial pressure, as well as relieving sinus/allergy issues. Usually a release is necessary because of a trauma or a layering of issues is involved. One client needed jaw surgery after an accident, she was fine. It was later after getting a tooth filled that the headaches started. The surgery was the first layer; the dental work was the second layer, which there was no more room for in the tissue. Energy could no longer flow, like a clogged drain, the toxins maxed out and the headaches appeared. We released the anesthetic from the tissue and the headaches disappeared. I know the release happens, as does the client, because we can taste anesthetic! It can also get trapped in the organs. Most common are the liver, kidneys, and bladder as they filter toxins from our body. Water helps release toxins so drink a lot. I have also seen if cause havoc on the intestines and bowels.  Anesthetic when trapped, stops the organ from functioning. It goes into a frozen state, no longer mobile. Imagine what it would be like if the muscles in your arm stopped working. Now imagine the muscles in the bowels not working…huge dilemma for your body to deal with.  If you would like more information or would like to purchase a gift certificate, please call me at the number below

My Year

Wednesday, January 26th, 2011

It was quite a few years ago that looking at my accomplishments of the past year was bothersome. My main goal was to just make it through the year! It hadn’t always been like that but at the time I had little children and we tended to move for my husband’s work about every sixteen months.  With so much activity I never had time to think past setting up house and getting the kids involved in some activity before we were off and gone to the next location. Ten years ago things changed when after nine years, two kids, five moves within three countries, and learning two different cultures, we moved back to my home town, unexpectedly. Because of the familiarity, there was little for me to do to get all of us organized. I was now able to start doing things for myself. To start I joined a meditation and yoga class. My brain now had available space to think of goals I wanted to achieve! With goals, change came hand over fist! The goals were small to start, making them very achievable. Over the years they have become more complicated, but not any less achievable. Very few of us learn to walk before we crawl, but running then comes naturally! What has been really lovely is with each change, other changes occur that I did not expect and mostly in a positive way. Pick goals that are dear to your heart. Write them down like you have already achieved them. “I love the fact that in 2011 I accomplished…” Within your mind anything is possible, so make it a reality!

Up Coming Workshops

Monday, December 13th, 2010

I’m offering this new workshop called “Learn the Basics” the weekend of March 12 & 13th. If you attend you will start to learn how to heal your present self.  This workshop will help you understand the seven chakras, the dysfunction in each, and how to correct that imbalance by using crystals, food, aromatherapy, and various other tools. We will discuss how everything has a frequency level and how that affects the frequency level in your own body. Do you ever feel great one day and lousy the next? You will find out how to correct this. A couple of meditative exercises will be included in this two-day class, allowing you to really gain a better understand of yourself and your healing process.

I will also be teaching a new class called “Heal the Healer” on April 2nd. If you are a healer or plan on becoming a healer this class is for you. It is very important to know our boundaries and this will help you stay as healthy as possible to continue doing your work. Too often we give too much of ourselves and feel depleted even after one or two sessions. Learn the secret to finishing your day as fresh as you started! This will help change things in other areas of your life as well.

Joint Pain or Mobility Restrictions?

Sunday, November 14th, 2010

Joints are one of my most favorite things to work on, other than fractures. Believe it or not, bones are malleable. Working a set bone from a break is very rewarding. I can feel the bone lengthen, and eventually straighten back into its original form. Most clients respond with, “It’s been so long since it felt normal!” This can be done with a cast in place or 30 years after the fact! With time and use joints can get twisted, tendons can shorten, and muscles are no longer symmetrical. Perhaps your joint is damaged from an injury. All this can affect the joint by causing undo stress, pinched nerves, and/or limited mobility. For example, tennis elbow can be corrected by working the skin, fascia, nerves, tendons, muscles, and bones. The process allows for the tissue to rearrange itself and eventually move back into its “normal” state. The result is less tension in the joint allowing more flexibility and mobility throughout the entire arm. You will even notice a difference in the amount of strength you now have in your arm and shoulder.

Energy

Friday, October 15th, 2010

Energy is everywhere. Some people are very sensitive to it, like me; others don’t notice a thing. Have you ever walked into a room and got the chills or felt tension in the air? Felt drained after visiting a family member or friend? Or perhaps walked into a room and felt great! What you’re feeling is energy left behind from human emotion.  You don’t have to see the person to feel what’s happening to them. I first took notice of this over a two week period during my weekly visit to the grocery store. Five minutes into my shopping trip I felt sad and couldn’t shake it. Why did I feel sad? It was just before Christmas which is the happiest month of the year for me, but not for everyone. The sad feeling would leave shortly after I left the store. I concluded that the sadness belonged to someone else or perhaps a collective group of people.  So what can you do to protect yourself? You wrap yourself in white light. Great for adults and a necessary skill for our school aged children.  Sit in a quite place and close your eyes. Imagine white light wrapping around you, front to back, like a tube, three times from your feet to your knees, then feet to waist, feet to shoulders, feet to the top of your head. Then wrap yourself in white light from the top of your head down the front, up the back to the top of your head, three times. Your body may feel warm/cool or have a lightness to it. This will help balance your emotions and keep others at bay.

Neural Manipulation

Wednesday, September 29th, 2010

Neural Manipulation is a hands-on treatment that identifies and releases local nerve restrictions. During the examination once the restriction is located, further issues within the body can be found and released.  This gentle and precise work is very cool for the practitioner – me, and has amazing results for the client – you! Common examples of restricted nerve damage are Carpel Tunnel Syndrome and Sciatica. Nerve damage can also appear after an accident or injury, whether minor to sever. It can also develop from repetitive motion or incorrect posture. The nerve in some way has been compromised, affected by friction, over stretched or received excess pressure. Some nerves can repair themselves with time; others can trouble us for years. The restricted nerve can cause problems in other locations of the body, not only in the place of the restriction. One reason is the artery runs along side the nerve so the blood supply can affect the body’s circulation. Referred pain can also be an issue. Immobility can cause postural changes making the body compensate therefore causing an issue else where in the body.  Whether the structure involved includes fascia, joint, viscera, brain or peripheral nerve, Neural Manipulation can help.  Neck or shoulder problem? This is for you!

Past-life Regression

Monday, June 28th, 2010

Some clients come in asking for a past-life regression and others have past-life regressions come up during their treatment session. Whether you believe these past-life experiences are real or not their main purpose is to help us see where we’re stuck in our lives. Looking at what happened in a past-life/lives can give us a great deal of insight on how to heal with our present situation by changing our thoughts or belief systems. Personally, I do believe some regressions are real, but others are just helpful clues. One client saw herself as Snow White (cartoon), taking the apple and eating it. She knew the apple was poisonous so I asked her why she ate it. She told me she ate it so she wouldn’t upset the old lady. It comes back to our human conditioning. That “regression” allowed her to recognize that in this life she really did do a lot of things to make other people happy, things she didn’t want to do. This allowed her to recognize the significant amount of harm she was doing to herself by making those choices. If you feel stuck, a past-life regression might be what you need to shed some light on the situation so you can make necessary changes in your life.
