So what can you do? The biggest struggle for most of us is realizing we’re stressed! Life now moves at such a fast rate we think the pace is normal. I found that out for myself when I took time-off last year to get some of my other projects completed. I spent the first month flat out from exhaustion! I had taken time for myself, reading, long baths, yoga…but my daily pace was full out. Throw a couple of kids into the mix and apparently I was on overload. My first clue was a cold over Christmas that I didn’t mind, as it gave me a chance to lie around in bed.

Sick is not a solution. Look at bringing your daily activities down a notch. Spend time eating lunch, not gobbling it down. Find time to meditate to slow your heart rate down, it also needs to relax. So does your mind. Get out of your head and let your brain have a rest. Five minutes of breathing between transitions is like a mini-holiday.

A majority of my female clients have experienced pelvic work in my clinic. First I adjust the pelvic bone as it is typically pulled more to one side or the other. This is the result, mostly, of having a dominant leg. The bladder is worked on next, getting it repositioned and more buoyant so it can function more efficiently. Because the uterus works on a monthly basis for many years there can be issues there too. It might be prolapse in the front or back, kind of folded over onto itself. As we all spend a bit more time with ourselves, cleaning up our frantic lives we find that we are becoming more sensitive to the things that go bump in the night. Some of us ignore it or make up excuses for the strange going ons in and around our homes. Others embrace the entire situation. This past weekend while I was away at a workshop in Denver the waitress casually mentioned that she hadn’t slept well the night before as her house ghost had kept her up. We have always talked about ghosts, now it isn’t just in whispers. The Earth’s consciousness is waking up.

Then there is another group that my heart goes out to, the parents of children that are so open and kept awake night after night from night terrors. The parents have no clue what to do and are only starting to believe things live on the other side because they don’t know what else to believe. Not only does the house need clearing, but protection needs to be put in place to stop these young people from unconsciously attracting these entities back.
