Reiki
Reiki is an ancient healing practice that involves the laying of hands, where the practitioner is a channel for the Universal Healing Energy that flows through the practitioner to the client, who begins to heal.
Reiki is believed to be as old as Buddhism, and has been described in their scripture. It is also believed that Jesus healed in the same way; however, somewhere along the way the healing technique was lost.
CranioSacral Therapy
CranioSacral Therapy was founded and developed by Dr. John Upledger, an osteopathic physician. He developed this healing method while doing clinical research at Michigan State from 1975 to 1983. He now teaches his methods of healing all over the world. CranioSacral is a gentle hands-on healing method where the therapist is working to open and balance the cerebrospinal fluid that runs from the Sacrum (tailbone) up through and around the Cranium (skull). This helps rid the mind and body of residual effects of trauma.

Visceral Manipulation
The visceral system (internal organs) relies on the interconnection between the motions of all the organs and the structure of the body. At optimum health, all organs work in unison, moving in a pendulum motion. When one organ cannot move in harmony with its surrounding viscera everything in the body can be affected. If one organ can no longer complete its full motion, but say only half or perhaps has no motion at all, it throws everything else off around it! This can cause chronic irritation and in turn, paves the way for disease and dysfunction throughout the entire body.p>

Reflexology
The healing of Reflexology is as ancient as the cultures of the early Chinese, Japanese, Indians, Russians, and Egyptians. Information has been found in ancient texts, illustrations, and artifact. Many of these ancient techniques are being used in what we refer to as Reflexology today.
Dr. William H. Fitzgerald in the early twentieth century developed what is known as Zone Therapy. His therapy proved that pressure applied to one area of the body, corresponded to other parts of the body, and reduces pain.
